National Day on Writing is a yearly event that celebrates the writing we do in all forms. The National Council of Teachers of English promotes and originated the event, which includes thousands of instructors and campuses around the United States.

Student Write Night:

6:00-9:00 PM | Main Library

We recognize that no one writes alone. Come find community, support, and excitement at this year’s National Day on Writing event at the Main Library from 6-9:00. There will be tutors, librarians, common spaces for you to write, food, door prizes, and stickers. Bring in your assignment prompts, lab reports, brainstorming ideas, full drafts, reading responses, and more! Everything counts as writing at Write Night. No registration is required – feel free to just stop by.
