Associate Professor of Practice
I have been at UA since 2006, working in a variety of student development and student success roles before joining the UNIV faculty. My research interests focus on leadership studies, specifically considering the role that leadership, supervision, and management have in creating healthy and sustainable working environments. Outside of my work persona, I am a long distance runner and a member of the performing ensemble of Odaiko Sonora.
