Leslie Sult, Librarian for general education
Leslie Sult is a librarian at the University of Arizona Libraries. Leslie is also the General Education Curricular Support Librarian, as well as the the Liaison Librarian to most of the College of Education. Leslie enjoys using my teaching background to collaborate with faculty to integrate information literacy outcomes into class curricula both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. "As the Curricular Support Librarian for General Education, I am working with the awesome people in the Office of General Education to identify library tools and resources that can be used by faculty and students to explore perspectives, build connections, and to reflect upon what they are learning. I am also working with disciplinary faculty and their liaison librarians to develop and pilot course integrated information and digital literacy instruction and activities that can be used to support students as they conduct projects and as as they work on their signature assignments. If there is interest, I’d love to offer faculty workshops this summer where faculty and librarians could collaborate to develop assignments to integrate into their refreshed courses."
