Yvonne Zhang, PhD

Yuqian “Yvonne” Zhang, Ph.D., joined the University of Arizona as an Assessment Specialist at the Office of General Education in 2024. She has over 20 years of experience as faculty member and administrator in higher education, including academic affairs, student affairs, and international education. Her research interests include comparative and international higher education as well as assessment of general education. She holds a PhD in educational leadership from Western Michigan University, an MS in economics from Fudan University, and a BA in business English from the University of International Business and Economics.
